
Bones are the important part of the human body. Without bones there won’t be any structure. So take care of your bones in a good manner.
Stand with feet together, arms by the side and head straight. Bend the right leg at the knee and place the right heel firmly at the root of the left thigh, toes pointing downwards. Balance on the left leg, join the palms with those of your mother and solely raise the arms over the head. Focus the eyes on a stationary point on the wall and hold the posture for a few seconds, breathing normally. Release the posture by placing the right leg and arms down and repeat the same on the left side. This one strengthens the bone mass by increasing the weight bearing on the legs, hips and the spine and is helpful in combating osteoporosis. It improves balance and concentration, strengthens the muscles of the legs and the pelvis, opens the chest and shoulders and improves the quality of the breath. It’s a must for women above 40.
