HOW A SEEKER DOES IT:
If you have a flair for language and communication, you can make optimum use of them to get along with people. If you enjoy interacting with people, moving around is more suitable. Because with every new organization, you meet new people, build more contracts and are more enriched by the experience.
HOW A KEEPER DOES IT:
You can build a comfortable equation with bosses, colleagues and subordinates, as well as long term clients. It’s easier to request a co-worker you’ve known for years to fill in for you, than someone you barely known. For introverts and those who see no need to keep proving themselves, staying in one organization would be a better options.
